Return Policy: Generally speaking, all sales are final. You MUST contact us immediately upon receiving your package to notify us of any problem regarding the condition of the piece, such as damage or extreme wear. All sales are final after 10 days. If you have not contacted us within this short period of time, we will assume that any damage upon return was caused by you. We take the utmost care to package our shipments. Estate and period jewelry will have some wear not as described and is sold AS IS. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Instructions on Return: You have 10 days upon receiving your package to return your item if damage is an issue. All jewelry items must be returned in the same condition as was sent to you. No piece of jewelry will be accepted for return if it is altered or worn. Please contact us at 574-594-9800 to arrange for your return. You must ship the package back to us through USPS, registered and fully insured for the retail value. Pack the items safely and securely. Once the item is received by us, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any shipping charges within 5 days of receipt. Disclaimer: Because mounting prohibits full and accurate observations of gem quality and weight, all data pertaining to mounted items can be considered as approximate unless accompanied by an independent laboratory certificate (GIA, EGL, AGS).
